Project Title: Pizza Sales Analytics Dashboard

Overview:

I developed a comprehensive Power BI dashboard for analyzing pizza sales data, leveraging Microsoft SQL Server and DAX queries. This project aimed to provide actionable insights for optimizing sales strategies and improving overall business performance.

Data Sources:

The project utilized transactional data from pizza sales, incorporating key metrics such as order size, delivery times, and customer details from the Microsoft SQL Server database.

Data Cleaning and Transformation:

Employed SQL queries for data cleaning and transformation, ensuring data accuracy and reliability. Addressed any inconsistencies in the raw data to enhance the overall quality.

Visualization:

Included visually appealing and informative charts and graphs in the Power BI dashboard, such as:

Impact:

The analytics dashboard provided valuable insights into customer behavior, leading to targeted marketing initiatives and improved operational efficiency. The project resulted in identifying which are the best and worst performing pizza's.

Challenges and Solutions:

Encountered challenges with data normalization and inconsistencies. Implemented SQL queries and DAX functions to standardize data, ensuring accurate analysis and visualization.
