In a nutshell:

1 merged into a unified 'getConfig' function
2 instead of registering a Service to return the main NetSuite service, simply return the main service directly
3 Setup auto-discovery for Laravel, no need to edit 'config/app.php' in 5.5 and higher
4 some minor cleanup and formatting
