HACT - Harmonized Approach to Cash Transfer
A set of principles and processes for transferring cash to government and non-government Implementing Partners. HACT standardizes the way UN agencies work with implementing partners while allowing for agency specific thresholds and guidance based on respective risk, complexity and business models. HACT applies in all countries and operational contexts, including emergency, crisis and post-conflict. It is applicable to all UNICEF offices when transferring cash to all implementing partners. HACT aims to help manage risk related to the management of funds, reduce transaction costs by simplifying and harmonizing principles and processes across agencies shift towards progressive use of national systems for management and accountability.

Small Scale Funding Agreements are engagements that are similar in scope to PCAs but do not have a value that exceeds USD 50,000 in terms of funding and/or the equivalent value of supplies as a single or cumulative set of transfers to an individual CSO in a calendar year. In addition, the total amount of a Country Office's SSFA cannot exceed 10% of the total programme budget within a year.

A hierarchical outline of an undertaking described in the project definition. The WBS is the basis for the organization and coordination of a project. A WBS consists of WBS elements. The WBS elements describe tasks or subtasks in the project to perform within a defined time period
WP - Workplan
Also called Partner Cooperation Agreements (PCAs), these are binding documents that establish the partnership framework with the CSO or governments, PCA covers the duration of the country programme and includes the general terms and conditions and any special conditions that may apply. Workplan with government are different in country office context it can be annual work plan, multiyear workplan or rolling workplan.
