Implemented changes

  • Removed setuptools installation in requirements.txt
  • Smaller fixes

Minimum acceptance criteria

  • Specify what is necessary for the PR to be merged with the main branch.
  • @mentions of the person that is apt to review these changes e.g., @annahedstroem
