Description

It would be useful to have an option to turn on or off every individual task when generating a workflow such that the resulting xml is customizable to run whatever task(s) the user wants. For example, maybe you only want to pull IC/LBC data, or maybe you just want to post process files on disk and run them through the verification tasks but you do not need to run the model.

Solution

Make every task TRUE/FALSE selectable. Anything that is currently included by default should be set to TRUE by default to mimic current behavior.
