Fixed the throttle/brake reset issue, added camera toggle, added GUI display for most recent throttle, steering, and brake commands (same as ROS vehicle/throttle_report, ...), added the ability to draw way points to help visually debug, and added the test lot track (created from lidar data).

Latest update includes fixing the traffic light textures and resizing the lights to be larger. Also included a dbw_enable status telling Styx if the simulator is in autopilot mode or manual mode.
