The only way I can make it work without breakage is by blocking cookies in uMatrix.

The issue is text getting removed after the page load.

Works fine on my end I can read the whole article without issue.

browse three or more articles and then it will start occuring, it relies on some cookie value. When it happens, the address in the address bar will also change to https://www.washingtonpost.com/

That is their paywall and has nothing to do with the filter of this commit.
If I remove the filter this is what I get.

That I don't see on Firefox ofcourse with the HTML Filter already. Well are you going to address this soft paywall ?
