添加了2024年的规则（docx 文件）
校准了 Page layout
校准了正文的字号、行间距问题
添加 “独创性声明” 页
修改 Makefile 和 clean.sh
校准 paddings，使生成的 pdf 和 docx 文件的页数、行数相同

NOTE

“ 符号左右空格无法自动补全
word 里显示的行间距 20pt or 1.25 倍，直接应用到 latex 的效果不对等，所以各个 paddings 都有微调
