These patches can be applied to a Fire Red or Leaf Green ROM in order to give every trainer in the game so-called "Smart AI". The exact code change can be seen on the smart-ai branch. You need to apply the correct patch for your specific version of FRLG; no support will be offered for figuring out what version of the game you have. If you happen to be using Universal Pokemon Randomizer ZX, it will tell you what version you're using.
