Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As User of Kebechet,

I want to run command (something like Kebechet suggest) that would propose me similar packages for my project. (maybe one package disappeared, I want to find similar ones that I can use in my project.

Describe the solution you'd like
Have a Kebechet feature that reuse isis [1] project or have new library that cluster packages, maybe fuzzy hashes for similar software stacks could be also used).

Describe alternatives you've considered

I don't think Kebechet is the best place for this. I'm not sure how to fit it into the manager design.
