Cloudflare stuff

Cloudflare adapter now generates the required package.json.

Also, fixed some wrangler.toml stuff in the demo app so that we can get it deployed. It isn't 100% working yet, but we're getting there

Tests

• Run the tests with pnpm test and lint the project with pnpm lint
