Get post and story feeds

Hello.

Sorry if this was asked before (I already searched the docs and older discussions) but is there any interface to get the story and post feeds from my "home page"? I mean the stuff posted by the people I am following.
So far I only found interfaces to get the feeds of a specific user_id, but I want to get them from all the users I follow.
