  • update test setup wrappers (add explicit instruction prefetch buffer configuration)
  • optimize default IMEM and DMEM modules (synthesis tools like Quartus will no longer issue a warning about adding "bypass logic" -> less hardware requirements)
  • make SDI FIFO access synchronous to improve BRAM mapping
