  • rename HW_THREAD_ID to HART_ID and change from natural to std_ulogic_vector(31 downto 0)
  • add VENDOR_ID generic, type std_ulogic_vector(31 downto 0), used to set content of mvendorid CSR (vendor's JEDEC manufacturer ID)
  • hardwire JTAG tap's IDCODE identifier to all-zero
