This is just another rtl clean-up PR (focusing mainly on cleaning up the assertions). The CPU assertions now also show the actual boot address:

neorv32_cpu.vhd:198:3:@0ms:(assertion note): NEORV32 CPU CONFIG NOTE: Boot from address 0x00000000.
