This PR removes all the
riscv-arch-test-related stuff from this repository. The RISC-V Architecture Test Framework is used to check implementations for compatibility with the RISC-V ISA specs.The NEORV32 RISC-V compatibility checks are moved to a new repository: neorv32-verif
