This PR removes deprecated legacy compatibility wrappers from the the software framework:
neorv32_uart_*toneorv32_uart0_*wrapper functions fromsw/lib/include/neorv32_legacy.hthat still provided wrappers for low-level HW access (rework low-level hardware access #158)
