This is another folder clean-up an the last "spin-off" of #131.
This PR replaces the current
rtl/templates/*folder by two new foldersrtl/processor_templates/(containing the pre-configured SoCs) andrtl/system_integration/(keeping the AXI4 and std_logic "wrappers"). Documentation and scripts were adapted accordingly.If this is merged, #131 can be closed I think.
