Go to the Admin Panel -> Payment Methods and choose one of the Braintree gateways. On the bottom of the page select Advanced Options. In there you can set Advanced Fraud Tools to be enabled/disabled. Remember to make a similar change in the Braintree panel.
Currently, PayPal Express does not return the Phone number, which is required in the Spree flow. We have in plans introducing this option in the future.

From the Environment dropdown select 'Sandbox' option. Now on the checkout you can use VISA and MasterCard test CC numbers.
