Hi I am a maker, tinkerer and programmer. I love robots, learning new things, helping non-profits/small businesses, trying new approaches and sharing what I learn.
I am currently working on some opensource web native js UI components, WordPress plugins and themes as well as anything that interests me. I have had a few projects that have been featured on HackADay search for RedBeard.
I wrote an Instructables WordPress plugin that allows you to display your projects, feeds and favorite categories/keyword projects on your site. It needs to be updated in a bad way and with sponsorship I would be able to afford to spend more time on it.
Also with sponsorship I could afford to spend more time on projects of relevant interest and start blogging about them more.
Reaching this goal would mean I would have more time for creating and contributing to opensource projects. I could spend more time working from home doing what I love. I could hire entry level developers on occasion so they could have chances to learn and gain experience. I could start on some projects that I have had on the back burner for a while.
