Karpenter handles spot terminations natively, and recommends against using this at all. It seems this is leftover from when we used the cluster-autoscaler instead of Karpenter. See docs: https://karpenter.sh/v0.37/faq/#should-i-use-karpenter-interruption-handling-alongside-node-termination-handler
