Hi,

First of all great job on this plugin! I've tried to use it to replace a custom implementation a few days ago and it works great.

One thing I couldn't get without modifying CSS in the plugin is having the tour backdrop hide the page top navbar. That's because .tour-backdrop has a z-index of 1009, while .navbar-fixed-top has 1030 in bootstrap 3.

I'll try to submit a fix as well based on current highest available z-index in TWBS3.0.
