  1. [docker-snmp]: Modify log level of snmpd to log emergency, alert, 

    critical or debug messages. this is done mainly to suppress the
error message 'truncating integer value > 32 bits'. This error
message gets printed when the sysUpTime or hrSystemUptime OIDs
are queried and these counters exceed the 32 bit value.
