Problem
There's been loads of work into supporting token-metadata in token-2022, but currently, a stake pool token cannot have the
MetadataPointerorTokenMetadataextensions.Solution
Add the
MetadataPointerandTokenMetadataextension types in the "allow list" for stake pool token mints.
