Retrieve alerts from Ring devices such as the Doorbell, Chime, Camera.
Ring is the company behind the smart doorbell that contains a high-definition camera, a motion sensor, and a microphone and speaker for two-way audio communication.
This skill allows Mycroft to notify you if someone is at your front door, if a motion is detectd or if someone request for a live preview.

after a few seconds of having the skill installed you should see something like below in the https://home.mycroft.ai/#/skill location:
If the two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled on your Ring account, make sure to check the Enable Ring Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
box. Then from the Ring application on your phone, generate a one-time password (OTP) by following these steps:
