This is needed so #119 would be more stable and could be included in 3.18.10 release. I'm processing 250K PDFs and will compare the differences of common strings searches between PDFBox-2.0.17 and 2.0.23.

Test looks good. Same number of exceptions and most common words searched for returned a bit more search results.
