Description of the issue/feature this PR addresses
This Pull Request ensures that user cannot submit AST analyses without result for all antibiotics being set.
Current behavior before PR
User can submit sensitivity results with missing values for antibiotics:

I confirm I have tested this PR thoroughly and coded it according to PEP8
and Plone's Python styleguide standards.
