New MurderScreen + Adjust_txt in utility

finally!! murder time!!!

MURDERSCREEN:
New Content:

• New murder variables: Method, location, time
• New text selection system (with some horrible keys but too late to go back now)
• New chances for: Success, discovery, leader lives, MC injury, MC death, accomplice agreement
• New UI + added stage for murder plan selection
• Murder success chances now only display with certain skills

Prints-- will be taken out for release:

• New function to print chances for debugging/tweaking
• Text selection system prints empty keys for writers

ADJUST_TXT:

• moved adjust_txt from talkscreen to utility. now those abbrevs and their cluster/rel addons are usable in talks, flirts, insult, patrols and MC moon events
• random abbrevs are also functional in patrol outcomes now, and pronouns work for them as well
• some typos from dev-bugs
