Given the main H1 heading, all other sections are subsections of the `satellite-image-deep-learning.com` heading, so they all should be H2 headings (as `Contents` is).

Hey, I would like to propose adding my library rico-hdl to this README.
I think the most appropriate section would be "Software for working with remote sensing data", but I am unsure.
If you feel that rico-hdl is not ready to be added to this repository, please let me know what improvements you would like to see!
