Added Dutch Language for text clock and locale for leftLabel Clock #40

I needed the text clock to do Dutch, but having a leftTextLabel clock with English and a textclock that is in Dutch seemed a bit lazy. I used QLocale and added a way to add multiple languages with minimal effort.

Oh really nice! Will merge this in a few minutes. I made a small change to default to QLocale().name() instead of "en_US" so customers who don't have a native localized textclock can have at least a localized date format.
