What it solves
We can further improve our documentation in the repo so devs can find the relevant resources easily.
How this PR fixes it
This PR adds longer descriptions of our kits in the READMEs and package.json and also update the Keywords to be aligned with the latest naming conventions.
It also removes old redirect to Discord for support, as now they should be using Stack Exchange.
