This release is intended to serve as a companion to JOSAA submission. It contains the code to generate the plots presented in the manuscript which examines the effect of tilt misalignment on zone plate performance. A conda env file is shared for reproducibility, but feel free to contact me if there are issues with the code. The multislice package can be found here.

Bug fixes

Partial filling was not handled properly in the previous release. This release fixes the issue.
