rustbuild: include llvm-libunwind in dist tarball #61829

Without this we cannot build with llvm-libunwind enabled from a release tarball.

Could it be backported in a beta rollup somehow so that this gets fixed before 1.36 is released?

Building with libunwind is not officially supported and was only added for the fuchsia target. I would prefer to not backport unofficial features.

Right, makes sense, didn't know the story behind it.
