Calibration Bugfix

This release includes a workaround for a bug in the Siemens Dimension software that causes the calibration result message to include the wrong number of fields. RosieLIS can now handle these calibration result messages.
Some of the components were renamed to comply with standard naming conventions. The software has been tested with both SQL Server and MySQL, and the release contains SQL files for creating compatible databases in either system.

First Bugfix

Fixed several bugs left over from changes made to expand compatibility to include MySQL. It has now been tested with both SQL Server and MySQL databases.

Initial Release

Initial release. After reviewing all of the code and streamlining it as well as I could, I've finally released the source code to the program I first developed in 2015.
