使用C#實作 gitlib webhook, 並透過 command prompt(本機) or powershell(遠端) 讓固定使用者(administrator deploy key)能執行git pull

There is a sample gitlib webhook using c#, command prompt and powershell. You can execute "git pull" on local or remote server. And make sure your account(administrator) has permission to do this manipulation.
