v2022.9.2

This is strictly a bug-fix release for a few annoying issues found in the 2022.9.1 release:

• upgrades on Windows didn't finish correctly if BrickStore was running.
• the build server produced a broken macOS package that wouldn't start.
• popup-menus and dialogs sometimes got misplaced in multi-monitor setups.
