fix(create-remix): fix git repo path collisions

npx create-remix@nightly --template https://github.com/remix-run/remix/tree/dev/templates/remix

this was inadvertently extracting stuff from templates/remix-javascript into a -javascript/ folder due to the startsWith check passing
