Your accounts \ manage the accounts list – for creating Xabber accounts with related contacts.
Your accounts \ act as an account authenticator – for access to Xabber accounts.
Your accounts \ discover known accounts – for reading list of existent Xabber accounts.
System tools \ write sync settings – for Xabber contacts synchronization management.
System tools \ read sync settings – for reading Xabber’s synchronization settings.

This permission group is typical for any applications that can add its own contacts.
