The recipe scraper has been refreshed.

Two websites have been removed as they require membership to view recipes:

  • bingingwithbabish.com
  • chuckycruz.substack.com

Left to do:

  • Write the release notes
  • Update README
  • Review and update documentation
  • Write blog post
  • Verify the self-update
  • List steps to follow to test self-updater on macOS
  • Look into why recipes return a 404 in the demo. Is the database poopoo?
  • Final fixes on the scraper

Closes #401.
Closes #402.
Closes #404.

Steps to test the self-updater on macOS:

  1. Download and setup the v1.1.0 release build (recipya-darwin-amd64.zip): https://github.com/reaper47/recipya/releases/tag/v1.1.0
  2. Run the program on a server
  3. The update checker cron job should be fired immediately on startup and you should see a pink badge over the avatar
  4. Follow the pink and click the update button
  5. Hopefully it works as planned! Otherwise, we'll fix it

These steps apply for any other platform and architecture.
