Proposed Changes:

  1. remove stray mention of bbox-crs in commons openapi defintion description text

Something is wrong here, I can't figure out what the difference is from the huge amount of changes. From base branch?

whenever I make several PRs against this project, I always manage to accidentally make at least 1 against master instead of dev. fixed!
