Why shifiting ?

I hate having subtitles not synchronised with video frame ...

Intro

This project allows you to shift subtitles in a .srt file to make them synchronised with the video frame of what you're watching. You can make the shift by specifying the number of seconds to delay or hasten the subtitles.
