Triton commit bump PR pytorch/pytorch#125396 reverted due to missing llnl-hatchet dependency for triton. Workaround is to disable py3.12 wheel build jobs for ROCm on PyTorch CI until llnl-hatchet publishes py3.12 wheels on PyPI
