The current config file has various optional array entries filled in, for example in the various New Relic sections.
While useful for users to see what such values can look like, it has also been a source of confusion.
For example, if New Relic is not used by a Butler SOS site, it has not been clear how to disable New Relic completely.
New approach is to keep the sample values (tags, New Relic accounts etc) in the template YAML config file, but comment them out.
That way they can be enabled when needed, but won't cause confusion when setting up Buler SOS.
