Prerequisites

Description

Changing roles when a user logs in through LTI is how the feature was originally built in keeping with the LTI certification guides that were available at the time.

Our customers don't want this behaviour.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Have an existing Pressbooks user, with an existing role, in some book
  2. Using LTI, navigate to that book as that user

Expected behavior: Role stays the same

Actual behavior: Role changed to match what is configured in LTI admin
