Modal duplicate window.confirm on form close

Modal has duplicate confirmations on form close (e.g. in plone.schemaeditor use); an event appears to be emitted multiple times. The number of additional times the dialog appears seems to be proportional to the times a/the modal has been instantiated on the page.

window.confirm is getting called multiple times here by multiple event emit TBD.
