As mentioned in #34 (comment) I'm not sure about the kind of mapping you're referring to.

The results of this project should be mainly formal definitions orf terms in a machine readable format. So the mappings should be described in RDF. Adding turtle files to this repository will result in the terms being automatically dereferenceable to their definition as long as the correct namespace is used, see: https://github.com/plazi/ontologies#scope-of-this-project.
