Typhoon-Docker

Sets up a Docker container (Ubuntu) with the minimal requirements to compile and run the Typhoon motion estimation software.

Remarks

• on-screen display is not available at the moment.
• The CUDA-accelerated versions of Typhoon and the Tsunami wavelet library are not compatible with Docker.

• enable X11 forwarding and/or VNC server.
