When ink or line annotations are rammed repeatedly to the sides of the pages, the internal annotation and the annotation component start to desync.

I think work related to GH-328 maybe address the rounding issue that was causing the coordinate system / matrix to drift when when dragging the annotation to the page bounds.

Closing for now as I can't reproduce it anymore, it was quite easy before. Can reopen if needed.
