Setup AprilTag:

$ git clone https://github.com/AprilRobotics/apriltag.git
$ cd apriltag
$ cmake .
$ sudo make install

Setup other libraries:

pip install open3d
pip install tensorflow==2.0.0-rc1
pip install sklearn
