When updating to Ruby 2.6.0 I stumbled across the following error:

error: Unexpected node test: <:predicate>: <[[:eq, [:function, "local-name", []], [:literal, "Fault"]]]>

I believe the issue stems from changes to the underlying REXML gem, making the previous xpath query invalid.
